Terms & Conditions of Trade

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all wholesale transactions between BrightBox TCG (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the purchasing business (“you”, “your”, “Customer”).

By applying for a trade account, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1a. B2B Ordering Process

1.1 Customer places order through normal channels
1.2 BrightBox collate orders and send to suppliers for confirmation
1.3 Upon receipt of confirmation of in stock/out of stock items, BrightBox will then generate invoices based off of availability and amend where required.
1.4 If items are not available from our suppliers, which then takes your order below our MOQ, you will need to add additional items in order to meet the MOQ.

1.5 Once invoices are generated, prompt payment is required as stock is not reserved until payments are made.

1.6 Minimum order value for trade is £150

1.7 Shipping is £5.99 for orders valued £0.01-£349.99 and free above this

1b. Trade Accounts

1.1 Wholesale purchasing is available to verified businesses only.
1.2 We reserve the right to approve, refuse, suspend, or terminate any trade account at our discretion.
1.3 You must provide accurate and up-to-date business information when applying.
1.4 Trade pricing, stock availability, and ordering are only accessible once your account is approved.

1.5 Minimum order value for trade accounts is £150

1.6 If granted a trade account, you will be offered a "New customer account" for an initial 4 months, where you will be offered additional support and will need to place at least one order at MOQ (£150) every 2 months in order to keep your account active.

1.7 After the initial 4 months, you will be moved onto a Standard account, which will require you to place at least one order at MOQ (£150) every 3 months in order to keep your account active.

1.8 Trade accounts are capped at an initial total of 25, which we will increase over time. Once this maximum has been reached, applications will go onto a waitlist we will be operating on a one in, one out basis.

2. Pricing & VAT

2.1 All prices are shown Including VAT unless stated otherwise.
2.2 All items (unless specified) are sold on the Global Margin Scheme (5%). Specified items will be charged at Standard VAT which will be charged at the applicable UK rate.
2.3 Prices may change without notice. Orders placed before a price change will not be affected.

2.4 Minimum Order Value (MOV) applies and is displayed on our website.

3. Orders

3.1 Orders are binding once confirmed.
3.2 We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse of a trade account.
3.3 You are responsible for ensuring order details (products, quantities, delivery address) are correct before checkout.

4. Pre-Orders & Allocations

4.1 Pre-order quantities are not guaranteed and may be subject to allocation.
4.2 Allocations are determined based on supplier availability and order history.
4.3 If allocations change, we will notify you before dispatch.
4.4 Pre-orders are non-cancellable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment

5.1 Payment is required in full before dispatch unless a written credit agreement exists.
5.2 Accepted payment methods are displayed on our website.
5.3 Failure to pay may result in account suspension and order cancellation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Dispatch times are estimates, not guarantees.
6.2 Risk passes to you once the goods are handed to the courier.
6.3 You must inspect goods on delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

6.4 Delivery charges are shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.

6.5 Shipping fees are a flat £5.99 for orders valued between £0.01 and £349.99. 

6.6 Free delivery is offered for orders >£350

7. Damages, Shortages & Errors

7.1 Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
7.2 Claims must include clear photographs of the packaging and affected items.
7.3 Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected.

8. Returns

8.1 Returns are accepted only with prior written authorisation.
8.2 Sealed TCG products must be returned unopened, unused, and in original condition.
8.3 We do not accept returns for:

  1. Buyer’s remorse
  2. Over-ordering
  3. Opened or tampered products
  4. Allocated or pre-ordered items (unless faulty)

9. Authenticity & Condition

9.1 All products are supplied as genuine and factory-sealed where applicable.
9.2 Minor packaging imperfections may occur during transit and do not constitute a fault.
9.3 We are not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond our control.

10. Resale & Conduct

10.1 You may resell our products through lawful retail channels.
10.2 We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in:

  1. Fraud or chargebacks
  2. Misrepresentation of products
  3. Abuse of allocations or pricing
  4. Breach of these Terms

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
11.2 We are not liable for loss of profits, business interruption, or indirect losses.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier failure, courier disruption, natural disasters, or government action.

13. Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with UK GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
