Here at BrightBox TCG, we adopt a slightly different model to ordering compared to other retailers/wholesalers.

We place orders with our suppliers up to twice weekly. This ensures that we can control shipping and import costs, which ultimately leads to lower prices for everyone, which is what we all love.

Please see below order schedule;

- Orders made between Sun 9am-Weds 9am are ordered at midday Wednesday

- Orders made between Weds 9am & Sun 9am are ordered at midday Sunday

This does mean however, that shipping times are slightly extended, but be rest assured, all products will ship out as soon as they physically land with us.

Ordering this way also means that, on occasion, our suppliers may have ran out of stock of certain lines. If this were to happen, anyone who is affected would be contacted and a solution reached.
